Carolina was found in June in the middle of a busy road, lethargic, dehydrated and full of fleas. Fortunately she was rescued by the Camp Greendog Foundation. She tested moderately positive for heart worms and her rescuers applied to LABMED for assistance as they didn’t have the funds to treat her.
Carolina has now been adopted and we received this note from one of her rescuers:
“I’ve attached a picture of Carolina with her new parents. She is in a wonderful home in a community on a river with lots of open land and not much traffic. You can see from the picture how happy they are with her.
Carolina and her new family
Thanks again for the role you play in giving wonderful animals a new lease on life!
Please consider helping LABMED with a donation of any size so we can help more Labs in need like Carolina.

Our annual Quilt Raffle is going on right now. Please visit our web page to purchase tickets and help support LABMED. We have a large number of applications for deserving Labs who need a second chance. However our donations have been down due to the economy and we need this, our largest annual fund-raiser, to be a success so we can help fund these dogs.
The winning ticket will be drawn at the Mid-Jersey Specialty on 10/22 but you do NOT have to be there to win so please support LABMED by buying a ticket (or 12) for this beautiful quilt!
